As former-students, travelers, entrepreneurs, and life lovers—people come first. For our team, this means that everything we do must be people friendly, and will be a reminder to always care about delivering gentleness within our work by doing things easy, fun, helpful and all included. For our students, this only means one thing, transparent and meaningful enjoyment.
By staying small, we remove the layers that prevent honesty, simplicity, and speed at traditional programs. At Olearn, the person you shake hands with at the start is the same person you high-five at the end: no hand-offs, no excessive layers of management, and no frustrating games of e-mail/telephone. This also enables us to work perfectly with other amazing institutions to give you always more than you asked for.
Our team expand their skills and inform our perspective by attending talks, workshops, and events that teach and celebrate knowledge, learning, and innovation. In addition, we stay at the top of our game with online courses and internal “Lunch and Learns.”
We choose to work for/with people who have strong passions. Whether it’s a platform for purpose-driven innovation, addressing mental health literacy, or changing how people experience video—their passion makes what we produce that much more satisfying and meaningful.
We are doers. Our crew is empowered to take charge. It’s all hands on deck when it comes to solving problems. We speak up, make waves, and challenge old views. That’s how problems are solved. That’s how innovation is born.
Since we are a big, diverse group, and despite that we are all aligned to one vision, we all have different, amazing, creative and sometimes crazy ways to see the world and work towards our goals. We have to say that we love to explore and be ourselves at our fullest, but even in chaos exist a little order, so we also have some common foundations and habits to always outreach beyond the ideal deliverables and give way more than we were supposed to. That little "extra" changes everything.
